New French Coupling System Z8012/... from HASCO

The new modular French coupling system Z8012/... offers exceptionally simple and adaptable solutions for applications in the low-temperature range. The couplings have been specially developed to meet the demands of mouldmaking and allow reliable and efficient media throughput – irrespective of whether the work is carried out with hot or cold water, or with cooling oil.

Maximum throughput with minimum effort

Thanks to the free passage on both sides, the system guarantees optimum throughput rates without additional flow resistance. The proven ergonomic single-handed operation enables fast and reliable coupling and decoupling. The reinforced locking system ensures reliable sealing of the circuit at all times.

Safe handling through colour coding

For maximum process reliability, the plug and socket are available in different colours. The coloured rings make it easier to differentiate between the media circuits and minimise the risk of incorrect connections – especially with complex moulds featuring multiple cooling lines.

Modularity for maximum flexibility

The new French coupling system is available in numerous connection types and designs, and can be integrated seamlessly into existing cooling concepts. An exchangeable fluorinated rubber O-ring additionally increases maintenance friendliness and ensures a long service life for the coupling, even under demanding conditions.
