BIG DAISHOWA to launch MEGA Synchro Adjuster at EMO Hannover 2025

BIG DAISHOWA, a global leader in high-precision tooling systems, will present the world premiere of its new MEGA Synchro Adjuster at EMO Hannover 2025 (September 22–26, Hall 3, Stand G25). This breakthrough solution for tapping operations absorbs thrust and reverse force peaks, significantly reducing tool breakage and ensuring consistent thread quality across all thread sizes and materials.

Alongside the launch, BIG DAISHOWA will showcase other recent innovations, including the Fullcut Mill screw-on type (now available from 16–40 mm for versatile slotting and ramping), the C-Cutter micro for ultra-fine 45° chamfering from 0.1–1.85 mm, and the center-through coolant angle heads, delivering up to 70 bar coolant supply directly through the tool for maximum process stability. These highlights reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to precision, productivity, and reliability in modern machining.

Beyond its own booth, BIG DAISHOWA’s technology will also be on display at leading machine tool builders across EMO. Solutions such as the MEGA Micro Chuck (HSK-EZ15), BIG-PLUS BBT30 and BBT50 holders, and BDV40 interfaces will be integrated into machining demonstrations at partner stands, underscoring the widespread adoption of BIG DAISHOWA technology as an industry benchmark.
